MOBILE, Ala., March 13, 2023 – Officials at PCH Hotels & Resorts, an award-winning hospitality management, acquisition and development company, today announced the company officially has expanded its services to include third-party hotel management services for additional ownership groups.
“Historically, we have provided third-party hotel operations services for a select group of hoteliers, but as the market continues to rebound post-pandemic, we believe now is the time to begin offering our services to a larger pool,” said Jim Buckalew, chairman and CEO of PCH Hotels & Resorts. "Having operated hotels since 1999, PCH understands what it takes to manage a successful hotel that provides outstanding guest services and a profitable bottom line with 2022 a record year."

“We have operated through multiple cycles and continue to produce enviable results when other companies simply have closed shop," Buckalew added. “We continue to receive an increasing volume of calls requesting our services, and we are confident we can provide stellar results for additional owners based on our existing performance standards. We are familiar with all the major brands in the select- and full-service categories, plus a wealth of F&B and spa experience derived from our full portfolio.
“With a growing number of hotels expected to change hands during 2023, an increased need for superior operators is needed,” Buckalew concluded. “We are prepared and more than capable to meet that need.”
PCH is currently working with additional hospitality groups that have hotels in the pipeline. He added, “We're already working on a pre-opening basis to help them to grow and that we can grow together."
