“Our people make the difference.”

What’s your favorite PCH core value?
There are two: Integrity and Trust.
Integrity comes through in everything we as a company do and how we operate. From how we treat our associates, to how we deliver exceptional service and experiences, integrity is at the heart of our culture. We honor our commitments to each other and to our guests.
Trust is key. There is the trust we must have within our company and among our team members and partners that we will put our people first. And there is the trust we work to earn every day with our guests. We take to heart that our guests, their families and friends build memories around the experiences they share with us. We do everything to honor and protect that trust.
