- The Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL purchased in September, 1999
- The PCH management company created in December, 2000
- The Lodge and Conference Center at Grand National in Opelika opened
October, 2002
- Legends at Capitol Hill acquired in January, 2003
- Grand Hotel Marriott Resort, Golf Club, & Spa renovations completed
March, 2003
- Florence Conference Center acquired in August, 2003
- Shoals Groundbreaking in August, 2003
- Ross Bridge Groundbreaking in August, 2003
- Alabama Cruise Terminal in Mobile opened October 16, 2004
- Riverview Plaza in Mobile acquired in July, 2004
- Water Street Parking Garage acquired in October, 2004
